Kathleen Murphy

Kathleen specializes in Residential Real Estate and Land in Steamboat, Clark, and the North Routt/Steamboat Lake area. Kathleen's focus is on Resort Property near the Steamboat Ski area and Recreational Property around Routt County. She is an expert on Fractional Ownership at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel. A Steamboat Springs resident since 1994 and a Colorado resident since 1987, Kathleen earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from Colorado State University.
