I must admit, you want to own a home just to have Kathy be your realtor. Her attention to the small details and guidance along the way, put my fears at ease and allowed for a comfortable transition. I was forced to sell our family home in Countryside located in Westchester, NY - Yorktown Heights; after my mom needed to reside in assisted living. I and my wife live in Los Angeles, CA. Although I was present during the sale process, I knew very little on what to do, let alone how to start. Kathy felt like a great friend who knew just what to do, and her guidance from beginning to the very end, was trustworthy and professional. She also had a great sense for the market and was able to navigate the real estate markets, since at the time, interest rates were changing. She made a move to set the home price in a way that allowed for increased offers as they came in, thus creating a way for us to obtain more than our asking price. Simply it’s not just her profession she knows well, but also people. She has a keen understanding of those wanting to buy and sell homes. In the end, I had a great experience and felt the whole process was fair and not as hard as I had imagined… Thank you Kathy!

Kathy did a great job managing the sale of our Mom's home in New York as we live in California. She was very engaged in the whole process including helping us with our attorney to assisting us with what needed to be done with the home. From there she managed all the work that needed to be done with the home from flooring to "fix-its". On top of that she negotiated the sale of the home at $32K over ask price. Big thumbs up in recommending Kathy!
