A native of Chester Springs, Kathleen attended Downingtown HS, and went on to graduate from Villanova University with an Civil Engineering Degree. Upon graduating, Kathleen went directly into Sales Engineering for the CECO Corp….and fell madly in love with her current husband of 25 years, Roger. In 1990 Kathleen and Roger opened their own Engineering and Commercial Construction firm in which Kathleen was the marketing/sales manager….from there, Kathleen acquired her PA Real Licensed and worked on the side selling first Commercial buildings, then Residential….and that was where it all began…Kathleen’s passion for the Real Estate business, and the complete joy in helping clients reach their real estate goals catapulted Kathleen’s career…..then in 2003 Roger and Kathleen were offered a tremendous opportunity to open a division of a world wide Engineering firm in Orange County California in which Kathleen would be the Regional Marketing Manager…..an offer they just could not refuse! In California, with there two young sons, business flourished…but Kathleen missed her passion…so began her Real Estate Career in California…by 2010 Kathleen earned the top 1% of her brokerage firm. In 2012 when their youngest son was accepted to Brown University, and their older son was accepted into Columbia Graduate school, both Roger and Kathleen began to miss the East Coast living….the seasons…the friends and family….the horse country….and of course, their beloved sons….
So Kathleen is back, and now building her business right here in Chester County Pennsylvania with Coldwell Banker Preferred located in Exton Pennsylvania…and implementing all the 'cutting edge' marketing tools learned in California that very few agents implement in Pa, so it puts her seller's properties in front and a head of all other competing homes! Roger helps the team with show ready prep work on all their listings, and can also offer contracting services to all of our buyers as well.
