Kathy has been amazing throughout the whole process. She dedicates herself to her customers and always makes the time for them. She was so on top of things that I never had to ask for updates. She never gave up and I could feel that she genuinely cared and wanted what was best for me. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to family and friends.
