Kathleen Virgil

Kathy brings a wealth of experience from the corporate marketing world as well as property management here in Berrien County. Upon graduation from Michigan State University, Kathy worked for Stouffer Foods in sales and marketing in the New England, Philadelphia and Cleveland markets. Kathy and her husband's love of Southwest Michigan brought them back to St. Joseph in 1994 to raise their family. Originally from Buchanan, they moved back in 2014 to enjoy life on the St. Joe River.

As a real estate investor, Kathy has owned and managed rental properties as well as a farm in Berrien County for over 25 years. Kathy has done the hands-on work of remodeling numerous homes and has experience in staging homes to maximize their potential to sell or rent. In addition, Kathy has experience in property development.

Kathy is passionate about real estate! Whether her client is a single family home buyer, seller, investor or tenant, she is prepared to help her clients find the perfect home or property to meet their needs.
