Let me tell you a few things about Kathleen my family and I were moving to Orange County from 2 hours down. We knew no one and only knew this is where we wanted our family to spend the next stage of our life. We completely depended on Kathleen we started in February 2021 she 1 st would show homes on line and the ones we wanted to see we would plan a day and she would show us 5 houses a day once every other week. She would plan our timing so we drove to the house that was the highest up and working our way down so when my family and I left it would be closer so our commute home would be easier & after touring houses all day we were bushed. Kathleen listens and by spending time with us she knew what we were looking for and what was a "Must"and what we could wait and do. Kathleen did all this during a pandemic. Kathleen followed all rules and guidelines from one house to the next. Mask's, we're worn at all times and shoe covering even at times gloves were worn. Whatever the seller felt comfortable with she followed!!! We also were buying a house during a big boom in moving so houses were flying off the market at a record rate. She showed us houses that were not on the market yet (sneak peeks). We found our FOREVER home in June she wouldn't give up even though I was about too. She saw my face as soon as we walked in my house I honestly couldn't believe it. The best part with the help from Kathleen our closing was a breeze she recommended our lawyer who was GREAT. There was no B. S. Rabbits coming out of hats no smoke & mirrors we were closed and moved 10 days EARLIER then I needed to be. Because Kathleen Walters cares and hears you. . I hope I never have to move again I'm in a beautiful house I watch the sunset every night from my porch the wilderness is amazing I see deer ,bear, cats , wolfs and all kinds of birds it's Amazing. Thank you Kathleen!!

I was incredibly lucky to have found Kathleen as an agent! She stuck with me through viewing so many homes over a year or more period (houses just get swiped up fast where I was looking. Nothing she had control over). And she even reached out to me to continue my search of a perfect home, after I had given up hope for a few months. She's extremely knowledgeable, always in touch at a moment's notice, and by no means is trying to push you into something just for a sale. Her enthusiasm and drive was as if she were buying a home for herself. She really cares about her clients, and I will be sure to reach out to her when I go on to buy other properties. You can't go wrong with Kathleen.
