As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Kathleen Yost specializes in serving home buyers and home sellers in Southern Westchester with their negotiations, purchases, sales, and listings. Kathleen began her real estate career 2006 at McClellan/Sotheby's Real Estate, and joined Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate in 2010, where she was one of the top producers in the Pelham office. She has been consistently recognized with Platinum and Gold awards for sales and service and received the 5-Star Real Estate Agent Award from Westchester Magazine. Over the past 5 years she has negotiated fifty-two home purchase and sale transactions, totaling more than $45 million. Over her entire career she has negotiated more than one hundred transactions, totaling more than $100 million. Earlier in her career, Kathleen was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where she specialized in derivatives strategies for U.S. and international pension funds. Her background trading in public financial markets has proven to be valuable experience as she negotiates the best possible deals for the real estate clients that she represents. Since 1994, Kathleen, her husband William, and their three children have lived in Pelham, and she has been an active and vital member of the community. She has served on the Boards of The Huguenot Nursery School, Pelham School Site-Based Counsel, The Pelham Children's Center, and The Junior League of Pelham. She currently serves on the Board of the Pelham Education Foundation. Kathleen is a 1982 graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. degree in finance. In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys cooking, golf, tennis, skiing and cheering for her Penn State Nittany Lions football team.
