Kathlene Holzhauer

Kathlene Holzhauer is a REALTOR® with Debbie Dogrul Associates in Fairfax, Virginia. She is licensed in Virginia and a certified Military Relocation Professional & Senior Real Estate specialist.

As a military spouse, Kathlene traveled the United States, Europe and the Middle East; moving herself and her family multiple times, becoming adept at the art of relocation. As a real estate client who is also a REALTOR®, she has been on both sides of the client/agent relationship. In fact, it was her experiences as a client that made her want to become a real estate professional.

Over her own career, she has worked developing advertisement campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and program development. Each new position taught Kathlene how to listen to clients and customers, allowing her to come up with creative ways to put their needs first. Her mission is to help clients navigate a successful transaction with professionalism and integrity.
Having settled back in the Northern Virginia area over 15 years ago, she has made her home in Fairfax, where she loves spending time with her family, her pets and her amazing neighbors and friends. In her “spare” time, Kathlene has been spotted cheering for her kids, walking her dog Simba, and soaking up all the great culture DC has to offer.

In her personal and professional life, Kathlene's goals are threefold: listen respectfully; speak honestly; and follow through on commitments.
