Kathryn Franzen

Kathryn was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University. She moved to Southern California and earned her CPA certificate working in both public accounting and private industry finance.

Kathryn's husband and she moved to Olympia (where he grew up) in 1992 and she began selling real estate in early 1993. She started with residential properties and then added commercial. She split her time between their Olympia and Westport condominiums and is very familiar with properties in both of these locations. Kathryn enjoys reading, cooking, and doing crossword and Sudoku puzzles. They like to take a couple of trips a year in our RV seeing new places and old friends. Kathryn is a Board Member of the Westport/Grayland Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as a Board Member for her condominium association.
