Kathy was my real estate angel sent from heaven and her willingness to please was nothing less than extraordinary. Her knowledge in the real estate field is unrivaled. She knew what she was talking about and her no nonsense attitude had me in my new home within 6 weeks! She was there when I needed her whether it be text, call, email or in person and she got the job done. Kathy is a modern day cow girl with a big heart and I am truly happy that I stumbled into her office that one sunny afternoon. I am a first time home buyer and when I first met Kathy at her office, she took the time out of her busy schedule to explain the basics of making offers, difference between bank owned & foreclosures and what to expect in my journey to become a home owner.
