Team RED Real Estate guided my wife and I through the process of finding and buying a home in Lacey and selling our house of 38 years in Seattle. Kathy Kleber is AMAZING! She and Team RED went above and beyond our expectations to help us sell our mom's home after passing. Kathy knows how to navigate probate issues and worked tirelessly for us. I live 230 miles from the home and could trust Kathy and Team RED to solve the many issues that arose which included 2 vandalisms!! Kathy and her Team RED handled the filing of police reports and insurance claims, procured bids for the damages from several companies and managed the ongoing process to completion. Plus, because of Kathy's diligence we had a great ending to a long and bumpy road: a family to live in the home our parents built and full offer price.

A "Very well done" to Team Red! It was a very long trip to Texas for us. My wife and I are absolutely sure we would have never sold our house without them, the road would have not been passable without the skills of Ellisa Greer and her Team of professionals. As we were first time sellers we had only the barest of clues as to how and what needed to be done. We had a rough start until Team Red stepped in and helped us. We thank God for the honest and knowledgable people that made it all happen. A special shoutout to "Those Guys Construction" for the first class work they put in to making our home sellable. To start off, if I could rate Team Red with more than 5 stars, I would. We had an exceptional experience with Kathy and her team when we moved my dad out of the city and into a new home so he could enjoy his retirement. Kathy helped us navigate all the detours we encountered along the way. With her experience, she was able to secure an investor for the purchase of his home that enabled him to purchase a house that he could make a home. Kathy and Team Red will always be my recommendation for anyone who is selling or buying a home especially when it comes to assisting your senior parent move. I know I speak for my dad as well when I say we felt well taken care of throughout the whole process. Thanks again Team Red!!!

Our experience with Team RED was a great one. Kathy helped introduce us to a family that was selling their home through the team, and we were able to secure our house quickly and easily in this fast-paced market. She played a great matchmaker keeping our needs in mind, and watching for the right fit once the opportunity came available. During the transaction, Mia on the admin team kept us well informed as a first time buyer, and answered all of my questions. We had confidence in the house we bought because of the pre-inspection that the sellers did, the repairs that were done before the property was put up for sale, and the quality of work that the contractors at Those Guys Construction did. Our agent Kathryn Kleber was amazing. I needed to sell my house in Washington so I could move to Texas to be near my family to help me with my husband who had a stroke. My house needed some work so I could get a good price and sell fast. Kathryn made lots of suggestion as what we could do to the house. I did not have the time or energy to find workers. She offered us a concierge service at no additional cost, this was an amazing service. She contacted a general contractor, landscaper, window repair company, packers and other services for me and set up meetings. She was like an artist tell them what she would like to have done to the house and/or her vision. She has a great working relationship with everyone, and they all raved about her. Nothing was done without my approval. I was able to pay for a lot of the service out of escrow. Once I moved to Texas, she over saw all the repairs and upgrades. I am so glad I listen to her as the house sold fast and I got top dollar. I highly recommend Kathryn and Team Red.

I am very happy to have Susan George and Team Red for my real estate transactions. In the last six months I have been a seller and buyer in the Puget Sound area. The transactions were seamless and left me feeling confident that I was working with true professionals that had my best interests at heart. Susan and Team Red always had time to answer my questions and the communication was exceptional. They have a carefully crafted process which will make your home shine and bring buyers to your open house. When my house went on the market I had an offer within hours! This market can be tricky, and they carefully helped me select a premium offer. (It was significantly over asking price and not the first.) My house closed on time and I received my funds. It can be daunting to be a buyer in this market, but I got the house I wanted with her help. She put together an offer that was accepted the first time around. It takes skill to make an acceptable offer in this market and she made it happen. Hire a professional like Susan George and you’ll be happy with your results.

With the home buying and selling process, we seriously felt like we couldn't be in better hands with the Red Team. Kathy Kleber knows real estate. (She's written a book). She guided my husband and me step by step, giving thorough explanations in layman's terms that we could understand. When Kathy couldn't be there for us, Chloe Cutler competently filled her shoes. Both were always available to us by phone,text or email for any questions we had.
Because we desired top dollar for our home, we wanted to make the improvements needed to realize that. We met and collaborated with those who would be doing the work - all nice people with whom we felt a good rapport, from Nevin and Mitch of "Those Guys Construction" who did the repair work and painted inside, to Francisco with "Valley Landscaping" who did the landscaping, to Judy Namet of "Empire Carpets" who arranged carpet installation.
Through her investigation and connections, Kathy had found a top notch real estate agent for us in Idaho where we were moving, a person we liked and enjoyed working with. We purchased a home and moved out, having been helped by Kathy to find a mover.Then the team took over. Within 3 weeks, all improvements were accomplished,staging was done and a marketing video made. Because we were in Idaho, we did not get to see the final results up close, but from the pictures and video, it was apparent that the whole team had done excellent work. Our home was snapped up.
The plan for closing was to do our signing over the computer, but because of technical difficulties on our end, that couldn't be done. Another hitch - my husband was on isolation for Covid, so we could not do an in person signing. Creative solutions to the rescue - Kathy arranged for a notary in Idaho to set up on our front porch. The notary and we communicated through an open window and handed papers back and forth through the front door, using hand sanitizer of course.
Shortly after closing, Kathy and her husband Kirk were going to be passing through our area. They wanted to stop by and see our new home as well as take us out to dinner. We couldn't go out to dinner because of Covid, but they came by, saw the outside of our home and left a delightful care package. Talk about being well taken care of!

My husband and I worked with realtor Ellisa Greer to find and buy our first home. I cannot express how different it was working with Ellisa and the Team R.E.D, versus our experience working with a different agent a few years ago (when we first attempted to buy a home, unsuccessfully!). Ellisa was very organized, sent us houses daily, and was available at all hours of the day and night for questions or home viewings. One thing she did extremely well was remember WHAT we wanted and WHERE we wanted to be, and didn't waste our time with homes that didn't fit our desires. I know for a fact we could not have found a home in our price range in this extremely competitive Bremerton area without her. Ellisa knew way more about home inspections, the loan process, offers, and both buyer and seller requirements than any realtor is required to know - and I think that speaks to her work ethic and commitment to the customer. 110% would work with again!
