Kathryn Little

Kathi has worked in real estate for over 23 years. Her first job at the age of 15 was as a commercial real estate developer, owner, and manager, at McClinton & Company, Inc., in Montgomery, AL. There, she started out as the assistant to the Sr. Vice President of Operations. Kathi was able to obtain experience in all areas of the business including construction management, leasing administration, property management, marketing, assisting in CMBS loan closures, shopping center development, and management, and eventually promoted to Director of Operations & Administration. Her desire to learn all areas of the business, including residential real estate, later pushed her to get her Real Estate license in 2018 and then obtain her Broker’s license. Kathi has been blessed to have what she would consider experts in the field pour into her a knowledge and love for real estate. In 2020, through the support of her family, Kathi was able to spread her wings and open her own Real Estate and Property Management companies. She is now honored to bring her experience to Kathi Little Realty and KHL Properties, where she has the drive, knowledge, and experience to make her client’s dreams for their family and futures their reality. Her clients are her focus and providing results for them is her drive. May all that Kathi says and does be to the Glory of God!
