Kathryn Lovell

I am a Louisiana native, born and raised in New Orleans, moving to the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee following Hurricane Katrina. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated from College with a degree in Nursing. I love spending time with my family, reading and hiking in the beautiful mountains.

I am a CDPE-Advanced (Certified Distressed Property Expert) specialize in listing and selling Short Sales. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
