My husband and I could not recommend Kathryn and Joe more. They were an amazing team to work with throughout the home buying process! They were not only extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate this tricky market, but they were fun and caring individuals to get to know throughout this process. They were both patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and answered all of our many questions. Furthermore, they were very honest with us about their professional opinions with various properties and steps of the process and really fought for us when needed with the sellers. In this crazy market, we were so grateful to have Joe and Kathryn at Colorado Home Realty as our Realtors. As first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions throughout the process. Joe and Catherine never failed to answer us, help us out, or let us know what was going on. They had excellent communication which is the key to this process.

And when it was time to make the offer, they were aggressive, and it worked. We went from looking at our house in the afternoon, to being under contract that night. Kathryn and Joe helped us navigate the wild Denver market successfully as first time homebuyers. We found a house after about a month of looking and are very excited about the location we will be living in.

As complications with the seller and several contractors came up, they always had our back and helped negotiate terms that were beneficial to us. I think it's important to note that some of the complications occurred after we closed, so they absolutely could have just walked away without helping us, but they didn't.

We are thankful we had Kathryn and Joe as a resource during our buying process.
