As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I were completely overwhelmed when it came to figuring out what our first steps in the process should be. Once a mutual friend referred Kate to us, it was like a massive weight was lifted from our shoulders. From the get-go, Kate was committed to finding us the best homes that met our specific criteria and we were able to close on the second home we put down an offer on in less than a month!

She's well-connected and always had an answer for any odd questions we had. If you are looking into home buying-- no matter where you are in the process-- you definitely want Kate on your team. She completely blew our expectations out of the water.

My spouse and I hired Kate in 2021 to help us buy our house. We selected her after speaking with a few potential realtors because she was friendly, professional, and patiently answered our (many) questions. She was incredibly supportive throughout the entire home buying process.

Kate kept track of what we were looking for and sent us listings she thought we’d like. She didn’t rush us into any particular home, however; she was honest when she noticed flaws.

When we decided to move 45 minutes away from where we’d previously been looking, Kate had no complaints about making longer trips with us. And once we found the house for us, she was a great advocate throughout the contract and settlement process.

In short, we would highly recommend Kate!!

Absolutely loved working with Kate! Was trying to find a house in a difficult market (it took me six months!) and she was wonderfully patient and knowledgeable the whole time. I can not speak highly enough about our real estate agent Kathryn Snyder. She has been incredibly professional, responsive and knowledgeable from the start. I realized my husband and I were in good hands from our initial Zoom meeting with her where she asked great questions to figure out what we were looking for. Kate helped me sell my home, something I'd never done before... she was responsive, she was informative and very professional- made me feel like she had my best interests at heart the whole time. Kate was awesome. She came over to look at the house and made recommendations to prepare our house for sale. We followed her suggestions almost to the tee. The very first open house we had a lot of traffic, 2 offers over asking price, and a contract the next day. I think we went from start to Settlement in 5 weeks. Kate was there for us through the entire process supporting us during stressful times always responding to our questions in a timely manner. Real Estate Kate was so professional, friendly and made sure my elderly parents felt comfortable while selling and buying their home. Kate explained the entire process of selling my parents' family home so that they understood all the paperwork, action items and other processes that had to be completed to sell a home. Kate also diligently searched for a smaller place., with less maintenance but plenty of amenities for my parents to enjoy. "Real Estate Kate" took the time to meet with me to discuss what I was looking for in a home. She then sent me several listings to look at and asked my opinion. We went through pros and cons of each listing to fine tune her knowledge of what I truly wanted. It only took us looking at two houses before I found "the one." Due to Kate's preliminary work in taking the steps to understand my wants and needs, she was able to find the perfect place for me within a short amount of time. This saved me time away from my family (I had just recently divorced and was raising three young kids) and away from my job (if I didn't work, I didn't get paid). Kate is the best in the business. I have hired Kate multiple times over the past few years with properties from Frederick to Ocean City. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond.

During one of the closings, Kate's attention to detail was so sharp. She spotted an error on the forms done by the buyers agent that would have costed me a ton. Kate caught it and saved me that money right at the closing.
