Over the course of 30 plus years of buying and selling Real Estate, Kathy now specializes in all facets of the Real Estate industry. Whether it be navigating the way for a first time home buyer, luxury homes or commercial property, she knows and has experienced it all.
Kathy relocated to the Rogue Valley from Seattle, Washington with her husband and two children in 2000. They moved to Southern Oregon to raise their young family in a wholesome family-friendly community... where the whole town shows up for the Friday night football game. Both her son and daughter graduated from Ashland High School.

After moving to Ashland, Alan and Kathy built a 40 horse boarding and training facility on the out skirts of Ashland. Kathy knows and understands the complex needs that go hand and hand with rural properties. Kathy took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Real Estate to become a Realtor in 2013, and then a principal Broker in 2017. Kathy has built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers and sellers in the Rogue Valley. She is now joined by her husband, Alan, and son, AJ, at RE/MAX Integrity where she markets local properties globally.
