Kathy Alvey

To give a real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is honesty and integrity. As a buyer’s agent, Kathy feels both of these attributes are very important in providing excellent service to her clients. She loves seeing the joy on a client’s face when they have found their dream home. Kathy has been in the real estate and property management business since 1996. She has also managed some of her own rental units. Having made her home in Mechanicsburg for the last fifteen years, Kathy has stayed very busy with her three children, a daughter who is attending Philadelphia University, a son who is a sophomore, and another daughter who is in sixth grade. She has been active in the Mechanicsburg soccer and basketball boosters, Mechanicsburg Music Alliance, as well as the Mechanicsburg girls’ softball association. In addition to attending soccer games, basketball games, softball games and color guard competitions, Kathy can be found on the basketball court. She has been coaching basketball for the last eight years at Mechanicsburg Middle School. Kathy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors. She strives to make your home buying experience a memorable and enjoyable one.
