Kathy Berndtson

John L. Scott Silverdale’s Kathy Berndtson brings more than 19 years of experience to her role as a Managing Broker. Before becoming a broker, she was in sales and marketing, Kathy serves a variety of clients in Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson, Pierce ,Thurston, and parts of Clallam counties.

Kathy’s number one priority is her clients, and she works around the clock to ensure her clients’ happiness and success. She is dedicated to hands-on customer service and helps clients with everything they need in order to buy or sell.

To give back, Kathy donates to The Humane Society and also started a program through the Kitsap County Association of Realtors called “Making Change for Pets.” Additionally, she donates a portion of her commissions to support programs for children’s hospitals to purchase equipment or provide services they need. In her spare time, Kathy is also involved with a women’s sorority that gives back to the community in a different way each year. She serves on The Kitsap County Association of Realtors holding many offices, including Past President (2017), and serves on The Washington Realtors Exec committee as VP Elect of Operations. Kathy Is a Washington Realtors Ombudsman & serves on Professional Standards Statewide.

When she’s not working, Kathy enjoys boating, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. She’s a self-proclaimed “foodie,” and also loves coffee and all kinds of animals.
