After 3 months of complete inaction from our first agent, we reached out to kathy for a discussion about why our home was not getting any action. She impressed us with her understanding of the neighborhood, the unique issues of our home, the climate of the RE industry and the marketing techniques that she would use. We moved the listing to Kathy and within 24 hours she had an interior decorator evaluate the home. Ten days later, the entire house was redecorated with furniture, window treatments and wall decor as the process of staging was compete. Every bit of the cost of this process was taken care of by Kathy including the cost of AQMS to move our furniture to storage (and this was just the beginning). Every weekend Kathy did on open house that was hosted by knowledgeable, professionals who provided snacks and beverages to the home seekers. As we received offers, Kathy and her staff kept us fully appraised of all the details. There were no rough spots or crisis moments. The deal was done and even closed escrow early due to Kathy's guidance in vetting a high quality buyer. As long as Kathy Bost continues to represent Buyers and Sellers, we will have no need to interview any other broker/agents. She is pleasure and a professional.
