Keeping her roots in Maryland, Kathy is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland – College Park, with a BS in Journalism. A background in the insurance industry for several years has built a strong foundation for building long-standing relationships, understanding and evaluating property values, communication, negotiation, navigating shifting markets, and problem-solving.

She is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity – Choptank, an active member of Talbot Country Club and avid volunteer with local charitie and the Waterfowl Festival and Talbot Hospice Festival of Trees. Outside of real estate, you’ll find her on the go, doing open water swimming, cycling, traveling, gardening and reading. One of her greatest accomplishments is having finished the Eagleman Half Ironman Triathlon, 5 times!
