Kathy Coen

Kathy brings with her a wealth of experience, as she has been licensed for 36 years in Massachusetts and 16 years in NH! Specializing in Residential Real Estate in both MA and NH- Kathy has a soft spot for collaborating with Veterans. Her appreciation for their service dates to just after Vietnam when she met her husband, Mike who was stationed at Wright-Patterson air force base. Mike, who also holds his real estate license, married Kathy in 1969. They have been happily married for 53 years with three children and three grandchildren. Family is everything to Kathy.
