Kathy and team (includes her daughter Anna) are simply nice people who happen to do real estate sales exceptionally well. My wife and I found that they know their market and the key people within that market, and she brought all resources to bear and got us into the home of our dreams. Kathy is both knowledgeable and patient with our many times out to look at properties, and in particular, the numerous times we wanted to go back to the property we eventually purchased. In our case, she was both the listing agent and represented us as buyers, and she deftly and very transparently helped us realize value in the property that wasn't apparent to us at first. This is the mark of a great sales person, to provide honest information, help us get out of our own way when we're over analyzing, and let us form our own opinions of value going into the purchase transaction. In closing, I would highly recommend Kathy and team to help you find that perfect home or property in the Reno area... and have fun while doing it!

I have known Kathy Courtney for about 12 years, when I met her through a mutual friend. She has served me professionally twice. The first time was in 2011 when she facilitated my buying of the 2585 Knob Hill property in Golden Valley; this property was in foreclosure. The second time was the selling of this same property in late 2018. I had requested that Kathy undertake to sell this property for me on an urgent basis.
She and her team came through with flying colors. Kathy, aided by her able assistant, Olivia, kept me abreast of what was required of me on a day-to-day basis and ensured that the necessary paperwork was processed expeditiously. Kathy knows the rules of the road in the real estate world, she is extremely proactive, and she is a problem solver. I can recommend her and her team without reservation. There is none better.
