A great agent and a wonderful person! We met Virginia when she was hosting an open house. We weren’t even sure we were buyers but I reached out to her later and asked if she could show us a few properties for sale. With Virginia’s help, we were able to quickly pinpoint a preferred location and became serious about buying. We had challenging schedules but Virginia always made it work out. We were also non-local which is always harder. We went under contract but encountered obstacles in obtaining needed information. Virginia was right there with us working with various resources to help. The HOA gave misinformation that was impacting underwriting. Issues became complex and frustrations were high. I’m sure we would have walked away if we didn’t have Virginia to lean on. She is a great advisor and really understands the business. She had valuable suggestions and connections that we leveraged and were able to complete the purchase. Virginia is a true professional and an amazing person. She was also the knot at the end of our rope that kept everything from unraveling. If you are looking for an agent, consider yourself fortunate to have Virginia available to you. She is exceptional.

We contracted with Kathy to purchase a house, as well as sell a condo that we owned. We were so pleased with the service we received. Kathy was extremely responsive to our needs. She was available when we needed to look at properties, was quick to respond to our calls and answer questions and did what ever was needed to make the transactions happen. I am so fortunate and blessed to have found Kathy to guide us through the entire process of buying our home in this market! We were out of state buyers and she was able to get us a Facetime walk thru of the homes we wanted to see FAST (which was so important in this crazed market)! Kathy is an excellent choice for a realtor in the Myrtle Beach area. I simply provided the price, the area that I was interested in. Within two days she had a very large list of properties to visit and visited all of them, in one day. The lady is full of energy! After discussion on my preference of the particular properties, she negotiated a great price with add-ons. Two days after viewing the property that I wanted, I signed the contract! That's a total of four days, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Kathy and her team, such a pleasant experience for a change!!!

Kathy proved herself to be a real pro during the sale of our house. She was consistently helpful and understanding even going to the extent of moving some furniture around to make the house more presentable. As a result, we had two offers within about three days, one of them for our full asking price. She continued to be helpful right through closing. We really enjoyed having Kathy Dulhagen as our realtor. She was very patient with us and spent a lot of time showing us numerous houses we'd be interested in while we were in Myrtle Beach (Conway and Murrells Inlet areas). She even drove us around the Conway area showing us all that the cute downtown had to offer. She also provided us a lot of valuable information on utilities, security systems, and other services we may want/need for our house. Once home, she kept us updated on new listings. Since we couldn't visit them once back in Ohio, she filmed the homes in great detail so we could see if we'd be interested in a new listing. We also trusted her judgement on the quality of the homes and whether they matched what we were looking for. Even though we didn't see the house we chose in person, the resulting appraisal and inspection verified what Kathy had shown and told us about the house. She did a great job negotiating a great price for the house we chose. She also did a great job helping us navigate through the house buying process, which we hadn't done in over 25 years. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others looking to buy in the Myrtle Beach area.
