Kathy went above and beyond in her service. I was a realtor for over 20yrs so I know good from bad. My 98 yr old father had taken a really bad fall outside and I flew in to take care of him. She helped me set up estate sale with a great Company....took care of all repairs with equally good referrals. Followed through on EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we sell his rental it will be Kathy I call. You should too!!!!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. She treated this 100,000. Dollar sale like it was a million dollar property. Kathy is/was amazing. She helped us find a home during the insanity of home sales in 2021. Not only that. She helped us virtually. We were stuck in Texas trying to get life together for a move and she held our virtual hand the entire time. She was our eyes, ears, and nose when walking us through the houses via FaceTime. Kathy was the best realtor I could have ever asked for. She made everything so seamless and worked around our hectic schedules. She went above and beyond with every part of buying and selling. We will most definitely continue using her when we need to start the process again. Highly recommend if you are using a VA loan because she had great connections and was super helpful.
