Kathy Foran

The top agent in Framingham for over two decades, Kathy Foran demonstrates her passion and enthusiasm for real estate at every opportunity. In 2021 Kathy had over $48 million in sales volume and is the #1 Agent in Framingham and continues to be year after year. She has been included in Realty Executives’ worldwide list of top-ranked agents three times: as the No. 1 agent in 2010, the No. 2 agent in 2015 and the No. 3 agent in 2016.

She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Massachusetts Association of Realtors and supports the American Cancer Society, the Arthritis Foundation and St. Jude’s. Foran is a two-time Boston Marathon runner.
