I was so nervous about buying a house, especially during the crazy buying boom. It seemed that every house that I was interested was sold before I could see it, sometimes overnight or even the same day I was scheduled to view it. I was getting very discouraged and about to give up and just stay in my rental several times, but Kathy kept encouraging me and telling me the right house would come along. I’m so glad I listened to her because I found that house July 1 and am closing on July 15th! Thank you so much for your patience and willingness to go with me to some crazy places that were listed as “fixer uppers” when they were really more “knocker downers”.
I can’t say enough about Kathy’s encouragement and for her concern that I get the house that was built just for me, as well as not making me feel like a bother any of the MANY times I called her.
