Kathy really had to work for the sale of our mom’s condo—putting in both time and effort. She helped us turn the place from a something potential buyers were saying looked like a “little old lady’s house” to a stylish Southwest retreat, without spending a lot of money on the transformation. We were rewarded with a price a bit higher than the down-market lowball we feared.
