Kathy is a Rockstar! She is attentive, very knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly she listens. Kathy provided me with a variety of homes that fit my requests and much more. During the purchasing and closing process, Kathy explained everything to me were I understood what was going on. Toni Watson was an excellent addition to my home hunting journey also. She is so kind and pleasant to work with. Kathy was my steady hand through this process that I’m so thankful for. I now have a beautiful home with no lawn work in a peaceful and wonderful community! If I go through the home buying/selling process again I’m going to work with Kathy and Toni again.
