Kathy is the best! She was thorough and professional and a pleasure to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was sincere and forthright.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kathy as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I honestly do not even know where to begin. Kathy Kinney has been a friend for years. When it came time to list my home, there was absolutely no question in my mind that I would ask Kathy to work with me.

The qualities that come to mind when I think about our interactions with regard to the sale of my home include: Incredibly attentive, super responsive, wildly knowledgeable, sensitive to my needs, caring, and FUN!

Kathy led the way and told me exactly what to do to get my house prepared to sell. I followed her direction to the letter and sold my home after three wild days that included over 40 showings and over 24 offers.

In addition, I was preparing to move out of state. Kath recommended movers, cleaning services, handymen, photographers, and more. She was a rock star and helped me more than she will ever know...love you, Kath!

Lastly, Kathy's marketing is second to none! She will do everything in her power to put your home in the best possible light. Kathy is an absolute pro at using social media marketing to her (and your) advantage. You will love the professional and fun spin that Kathy adds to her marketing to make your house shine.
