Kathy Maron

Kathy Maron, the founding member of Maron Associates, has worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and represented buyers and sellers throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties. With fifteen+ years in business, Kathy offers a high level of customer service and market knowledge to all clients – from first-time buyers to down-sizers. Her interest in the industry began at age 10 when she would listen to her parents at the dinner table discussing real estate. She purchased her first property at age 24 and has since gone on to buy and sell 21 other properties in PA, NJ, FL, and USVI.

Kathy holds various professional designations including Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Accredited Staging Professional. Also, she holds the prestigious CRS-Certified Residential Specialist who is held by only the top 3% of agents in the United States. She is a top multi-million-dollar producer and has been awarded the Chairman's Gold Award, which is earned by the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Realtors nationally.

Kathy is a graduate of the University of Delaware. Married for 30+ years, Kathy and her husband, Andy, love spending time with their grandchildren.
