Kathy Muscatell

Kathy has been in real estate for over 40 years and has consistently been one of the top producers in her office. She has worked as both a Broker-Salesperson and a Sales Manager and was the Co-Owner of The Muscatell/Wagner Team for 13 years and is currently with The Delgado Home Team at Keller Williams Tampa Properties. Kathy’s passion is real estate. She really enjoys assisting sellers sell with ease and get top dollar for their home. She loves helping buyers find their dream home. She also enjoys working with investors and helping them create wealth. Kathy has been certified as a relocation professional and has earned both her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) & Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) designations. She currently holds both her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations. In 2015, The Muscatell/Wagner Team and The Delgado Home Team were listed as top teams in Florida by Real Trends. Since 2003, her team has been one of the top teams at Keller Williams and in 2007 was named one of the top teams in the South Florida region.
