My husband and I absolutely loved working with Kathy Newsom to buy our first home! It took several months due to the 2021 sellers market, but Kathy stuck by us the entire time and always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was always quick to respond when we wanted to inquire about a property, and efficiently drafted and sent us contracts to sign when we wanted to submit a bid to the Seller’s agent. Kathy was not pushy, and quickly adapted to our likes/dislikes. We are so grateful for her perseverance and for helping us find our perfect first home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking in the Tennessee and Mississippi real estate markets.
