This was my first experience making a big move and having Kathy as our broker really saved us in this process! She was available to answer any questions and if she didn’t have an answer she would find one! We moved from California to Massachusetts and she made the process of finding an apartment from the other side of the country unbelievably easy and painless, sending us videos and FaceTiming when needed, and even went over with her husband to let furniture into the apartment before we got here!! She is also still helping us and being there for us after the move is complete and I just can’t say enough positive things about Kathy and our experience working with her!

Kathy stuck with me for close to a year as I looked for the right place, and the combination of the seller's market and my detailed requirements made it a drawn-out process. Kathy is reliable and careful in her approach to her work.. In a few cases she pointed out problems during the home inspection that the inspector did not catch. I recommend her without reservation
