Kathy Richey has lived and worked in Craven County over 44 years. Her father was stationed at Cherry Point when she was a child and she was raised in Havelock, later moving to New Bern. It has been a great place to raise her sons! The small-town feel and variety of outdoor activities offer a wealth of recreational opportunities in Craven, Carteret, Pamlico County, as well as the Croatan National Forest.

Kathy has worked in real estate over 33 years. She started as a paralegal in a real estate law practice then to mortgage banking for a number of years. From there, she worked with a real estate developer. Her diverse experience in real estate gives her the knowledge to save her clients time, money, and stress.
