Mrs. Kathy Swanson is such a kind and helpful real estate agent. We came from out of state with only a couple of days available and she made sure that the date and time worked for us when showing us the properties we were interested in. She was always prompt to answer our questions which helped us a lot since we did almost everything remotely. Overall, she did a great job helping us with the purchase of our home.

I feel very blessed to have ended up getting Kathy as my realtor!! My life was chaotic and I just started browsing online, and wherever I clicked somehow got a response from Kathy, and not being very tech savvy, I questioned if she was even going to be a real person😅🤦🤷.. but turns out she is very real and very easy to get along with!! Kathy was very kind and informative!! She always responded to me promptly and was always willing to show me what I wanted to see and answered all/any questions I had!! I would definitely recommend any and everyone to Kathy, as she was not only very caring but also professional!!

Kathy was excellent to work with! She returned our call after we submitted an online inquiry almost immediately and was always very responsive via text and phone. I thing I enjoyed the most about Kathy was that she listened to us. Some other agents we meet with made us feel as though our house wasn't good enough to list or worth their time. Kathy understood where we were in the process what was important, gave us advice, was vary honest and gave us great advice on the market in the area. Getting us what I believe was excellent value for our home and it sold quickly! I would 100% work with Kathy again!
