In her most recent career as a licensed banker with JPMorgan Chase, Kathy participated in every part of her clients’ financial journeys, whether acting as their first point of contact for real estate decisions or orchestrating and organizing the details essential to building their wealth. Kathy places the well-being and success of her clients as her top priority. She works diligently to understand her client’s needs, ensures a smooth and easy transaction, and provides her clients with the transparency and high-level guidance needed to ensure a fully informed decision. Combined with her negotiation, management, and customer service skills, Kathy is a real estate partner who provides a superior end-to-end experience with her client’s best interests in mind. In her free time, Kathy is meticulous at staying ahead of the dynamic market and is always looking to sharpen her skill set. She also likes to stay active by participating in a variety of physical activities such as riding the Peloton and hiking at local National Parks. She is an avid traveler, loves sightseeing, and it brings her joy to spend quality time with her friends and family.
