Since the time she re-located to the Hinesville area and transferred her Real Estate license from Connecticut, she did not waste any time making a name for her in the business community. After only six months as a REALTOR in Hinesville, she was named the Hinesville Area Board of REALTORS 2006 “Rookie of the Year”. In 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 Kathy has been part of the Hinesville Area Board of REALTOS Distinguished Sales Society. Then, in 2009 she was inducted as a “Lifetime Member of the Distinguished Sales Society” with the Hinesville Area Board of REALTORS.

I knew Mrs. Villafane from her tenure as president of the liberty county real estate organization and her works with different charities in the communities. She is a great professional with a vast knowledge of the low country housing market. The services she provided were far above expectations! Kathy is the best in Savannah/Hinesville area. I was changing stations from Korea to Fort Stewart, so i contact several Realtors within Savannah/Hinesville area many responded but she was the only one that took me by the hand all the way through the process. She was willing to even pick my wife and me at the Army Lodging to show her listings. If i ever decide to resale acquire another property or have a property manager she is going to be the one.

I met Kathy two years ago when I decided to purchase in the area. Before I met her I saw her smiling poster around town and jut from that I knew she had a very warm personality. Kathy was much more than I expected. She not only made me feel comfortable about buying, she taght me everything I needed to do before making the decision and what may happen after the sell. With Kathy's guidance there is no buyers remorse. Her patience and understanding in helping me through the process was the most impressionable. Even after the sale, Kathy keeps in touch just to see how I'm loving my place. I would recommend Kathy to anyone whom wants and needs to understand the process and feel they have someone that has their best interest at heart.
