Kathy has been a North Carolina licensed REALTOR® since 2006 and rejoined The Property Shop International Realty in 2019. Prior to becoming a successful real estate professional, Kathy bought and sold many investment properties during her long career in sales and marketing with Reebok International.

A North Carolina native, Kathy moved back home from Florida in 2003 to purchase Pine Valley Market – a café, gourmet market and catering business. Years later, she and her wife, Christi Ferretti, have grown PVM into a top-tier business. “The same entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic carries over into my real estate career,” Kathy promises.
