Kati Ann is originally from Tennessee but planted roots in Georgia after graduating and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Marketing from Georgia Southern University. After graduating and moving to Savannah, she quickly fell in love with the city, its history, homes, and southern culture, and knew she would end up in residential real estate.
