Representing clients across Los Angeles, from Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Grove and Hancock Park to Los Feliz, Silver Lake and the Valley, Katia prides herself on her intimate knowledge of every pocket of the city, a trait which allows her to not only match clients with their dream homes but their dream neighborhoods. Always up for a challenge, Katia loves to think outside the box, constantly finding innovative ways to market listings while learning about her clients’ personalities and preferences to ensure the homes and neighborhoods they explore will meet their needs. Katia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California Riverside and is fluent in Spanish. An entrepreneur at heart, Katia worked in credit lending at Wells Fargo before gravitating to real estate, getting her feet wet assisting one of the city’s top agents. When she’s not representing buyers and sellers in real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and going to museums, concerts, and gallery openings across Los Angeles.
