My wife and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Katie. This was our first time home buying experience. She made it so smooth and we visited in December found her on Zillow and she showed us 3 properties in a day that were a way apart and on short notice. We are relocating to KY from Texas and Katie made this process so easy. She is not in it for the money we got our house less for what it was going for and what it was appraised for. The lender we worked with CJ is wonderful too. You will not be disappointed!

Katie helped my husband and I purchase our first home after us hunting for 2 years! She was so helpful and so sweet. Katie never stopped looking for us, regardless of what we wanted in a home and what our budget was. She was definitely in it for us, not the money. I loved her as a realtor! She is now considered a friend that we are blessed to have met!

Katie was remarkable. I don’t say that for giggles! She is personable, funny, and professional all at once. She paid attention to all of our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect house for us. She continues helping us with anything we need even after the purchase of our home. I highly recommend her! If I could give 100 stars, I definitely would!!!
