In 2014, Katie and her husband made the decision to purchase their first home together and Katie instantly fell in love with the process. She immediately knew that she wanted to know everything having to do with real estate. That’s when she went back to school and finished her real estate education and became licensed as a realtor first in the Colorado market where she thrived then in Alabama and finally was able to make Florida her forever home with her husband and a sweet pack of Yorkshire Terrier pups. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Katie worked with a couple of other top-rated real estate companies and quickly learned why Coldwell Banker was not only #1 in many areas, but the best fit for Katie's service-oriented style.
