Katie Bawden is salt of the earth, and the best real estate agent one could ask for. Down to earth, kind, authentic and honest, I am grateful to call her my friend too. We met Katie as she was a selling agent for a home we were buying in Carson City. We loved her so much we used her as our buying agent in that deal and several others in Carson City. The only bad thing, now, as we are moving to AZ, is that no other agents we have found in AZ even come close to Katie. She has spoiled us with personal attention and genuine customer service which is almost extinct nowadays. Thank you Katie, the Beardsley family loves you so much as an agent, person, and friend. I can give the highest possible recommendation for Katie. We bought and sold our home through Katie and kept constantly in touch in the interim period of six years, and still do today.
If we were ever to sell our current home our first and only call would be to Katie. I cannot recommend anyone else but her for a property transaction in northern Nevada.

If you are buying a home in Nevada, we highly recommend agent Katie Bawden. We have nothing but great things to say about Katie. Myself and family were looking in the Carson City and Dayton area. As Katie is very familiar with those areas, she took us on a very informative tour of neighborhoods and homes in the Carson City area. It was very apparent right away that she really cares about her clients and made our buying experience as stress free as possible. Katie took us to view several properties and we ended up buying a beautiful home in Dayton. During the entire buying process, Katie constantly communicated with us and the seller's agent to ensure everything went smoothly. We loved our experience with Katie.
