Great rapport with this agent! She had great suggestions for staging our home. Only comment for improvement - place a SOLD sign on the sign in front of house to indicate as such. House sold in record time ...you should toot your own horn!

Katie Blackwell is amazing. During our home buying experience she was so comforting and friendly which made all the difference since this was our first home we bought and we were super nervous. She was always available to answer any questions we had and was very quick to respond to emails and texts.
