Katie is a realtor who provides a missing link that other realtors don't have. Customer Service. It's not just about listing the house and waiting. It's walking you through the steps so you can sell with confidence...and then marketing aggressively to get you sold. All the while keeping in contact and never missing a call. You would think with all that there is more than one Katie...but truly there is only one.

Katie Papastefan was simply fantastic! Buying a house can be stressful and katie supported us almost daily through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and we always felt that she was looking out for our best interest and was not just looking for a sale. My husband and I contacted Katie in February and I cannot stress enough how patient this woman is. She doesn’t settle and will absolutely tell you the good and the bad. She is a saint for dealing with my high anxiety and just so reassuring and making sure everything was cool, calm and collective. After going with a different lender, Katie found us our home immediately. First home we toured our offer was in and accepted!!I can't recommend her highly enough.

Katie… she is such a GREAT person. I appreciate her patience and professionalism. She answered all my questions, she subsided all my anxieties, she anticipated all my decision, she was incredible. I know I may not be the easiest person to work with but she kept her composure and calmed me down when necessary. The best thing I liked about her was her humbleness. She told you the truth whether you wanted to hear it or not and that’s exactly what I need when making big decisions. If you should ever need a realtor I would definitely recommend Katie.
