Katie Cimmarusti

Katie Cimmarusti was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. After college she owned a successful company, selling and distributing military aircraft hardware to the Japanese Defense Agency and Australian Airforce. During that time, she integrated herself in a male dominant industry and proved her tenacity and leadership role for 16 years. Katie lived in Sydney, Australia for 4 years where she ran the satellite office of her LA based aircraft company.

Katie has always had a passion for real estate, development and design, closely watching the fluctuation in the real estate market. Having recently been the project manager for the development of a 3,800 square foot home in the heart of Palos Verdes along with flipping two homes, she decided it was time to take her passion for all thing’s real estate to the residential side. She has parlayed that desire into helping her clients in search of their perfect home; listening to their needs and wants and setting out to achieve their goal. I have a critical eye and a strong ability to see the potential in any home. A client relationship is a lifelong friendship.

Katie currently resides in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband and two young sons.
