Katie sold our house after only 3 days of showings!!! Amazing process, super nice, and very responsive!!! She totally understood the market and our challenge for selling with 2 little ones. House looked incredible in the pictures (almost didn't want to sell it). You won't be disappointed!

The process of selling our house was crazy. This was a good thing but, It was quite overwhelming. Due to the market, there was a lot of interest. Katie and Al did a great job managing the numerous private requests to see the house on last minute notice. The open houses went great and the house was sold in a weeks time. They sat down with us to go over each offer and helped to make us feel confident in our choice. Katie and Al helped us make decisions with preparing the house for sale. They provided photo and staging services. They were very responsive when we had questions throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them when trying to sell your home. Thank you Katie and Al for making this as smooth as possible!
