We worked with Katie from out-of-state, referred by a friend. Katie is the most hard working realtor we have ever worked with! We listed two pieces of property for sale and she was able to get them both sold for us. She is not afraid to let you know her opinion or concerns on your behalf, which is so necessary when you're not close by and feeling a bit "blind". The first property sold and closed with no problems. The second piece was not as simple, Katie did her job very well, however the title company created chaos for us due to the fact that we own a trust. Never before has this been any problem until this title company. Even though Katie had already completed her job, once she knew what was happening she was right in there advocating on our behalf! We were able to finally close the escrow, but not without a lot of angst on our side. We thank Katie for her professionalism and support to us to the max!

Me and my husband had just move states and we had never owned a home before. The process can be scary with all the legal terms and conditions of buying a home and signing tons of papers. Katie was patient, she took the time to make sure we understand everything we were getting with our FHA loan, she listened to our wants for a house and she made sure to hit everything we wanted. In 2014 I moved to Fernley and bought my home from Katie!!! She was expecting her 3rd child but showed me homes until almost the day before she delivered. Don’t know how she did it! Her Mom, Diane, closed the deal while Katie was in the hospital. The next few years she always kept in touch asking about family and if she could help with anything. I grew to love and respect Katie as a sister, a friend and an agent. I felt so BLESSED when she invited me to put my new real estate license with her.
