Since moving back to Nebraska about 5 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Katie and having her as my real estate agent since then. She worked countless hours looking for a house for us to move into when we first moved back. I was traveling back and forth from Colorado and she always had multiple houses for me to look at when I was back. When I built a new house almost two years ago she sold the house we were in the first day it was on the market and at higher than asking price. She did all of the upfront work to make sure it was marketed very well before actually going onto the market. She stays in contact with me on a regular basis and will definitely be my first call when I buy or sell any property in the future. If you want someone that will go the extra mile to fulfill your real estate needs Katie is that person.

Best experience ever!!! We originally we were working with a different agent and then heard about Katie from friends. After talking with her once we let the other agent go and went with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with the entire process and was a go-getter. Katie got more for our previous home than we anticipated and was so professional. It was a breeze working with her. Katie is upfront and honest with an incredible work ethic that made us comfortable "cause Katie's got this". So responsive to any questions or concerns we had about the process. When getting ready to sell and after being put on the market Katie went above and beyond the call of duty of what her job required. She truly works for you and getting what you want/need and not just making the "buck" for herself. If there was a course out there for up and coming realtors to take on how to prepare and sell house for a client I would highly recommend Katie to give/teach that course!! She was awesome and would not let you down in getting your house sold and for what you want!!!

Katie was amazing!! It wasnt just that she sold our home in 1 day.....it was the fact that she went with us to our meetings with the builder of our new home (which she was not part of) and had no financial incentive to do so. She did it because she knew it was our first true custom build and she wanted to help us. She went way above what we had hoped for when we selected an agent to sell our home. 10/10 stars
