Hello my name is Katie Landon, I am a licensed Realtor in Maryland and Delaware I have been selling on the Delmarva Peninsula since September 2002. Over the years I have worked in New Construction (on site sales) as well as resales, seasonal, summer and year round rentals including some commercial rentals. Since moving to the area in 2001 I have learned so much about our ever changing area and the market conditions, if there is a question I don't know I will find the answer quickly. After relocating here with my family in late 2001 it was my mission to learn the area so I can pass this knowledge on to prospective buyers.
